Frequently Asked Questions

How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?

Northville requires a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent for private students, and R500 for Northlink NSFAS beneficiaries. This deposit is refundable at the end of your stay, provided there are no outstanding fees, damages, or rule violations.

That is great! That means you are eligible for accommodation. If you are a Northlink Student, you need to visit the bursary office for an accommodation letter. Then come to Northville to start your residence application. However, if you are a CPUT student, you visit the CPUT housing for assistance.
