Cooking facilities and heaters are banned from the rooms. These items include ovens, hot-plates, electric frying pans, kettles and toasters, however SABS approved electric blankets & bar fridges in good condition are allowed.

Thats great! You first need to register for classes at Northlink college. Then visit the bursary office, and request for accommodation. If accommodation is not available, then go to Northlink Protea campus and request for accommodation there. For CPUT residents, the process is slightly different. For more information visit the CPUT website. 

No, sleepovers are not allowed at any of our accommodations. 

Every student is responsible to clean their own rooms. The cleaning staff only cleans all the common areas including the bathrooms. 

The rent typically includes water and electricity,  Unlimited WiFi,   24HR security response, pest control, and cleaning services. 

No, you cannot choose your roommate, the room placement is subjected to availability. If you are a returning student, you can still choose to stay in the same room provided that you still have your security deposit with us.

Drinking in our premises is strictly prohibited. The use of drugs and alcohol is a serious offence at Northville. Smoking cigarettes is allowed only at disagnated smoking areas and not indoors.
